  Jus left the store. Thank you Chris for your outstanding lack of professionalism and knowledge. I apologize for disturbing you from playing with your phone with my silly request that you look up a part. Your outstanding product knowledge lead you to tell me you know for a fact you don't have the part despite not getting any information from be, I'm looking for a very common door hinge bolt for a jeep. Without hesitation you sent me to look for myself in the aisle. When I asked you to look it up, you guaranteed me your system wouldn't allow you to look up that part. Well, you're correct, you don't have it in the store, but you can look it up and I could have ordered it. But your insistence of looking at your phone as a priority over helping a customer even though the store was empty and I'm the only customer, has caused me to order from Amazon. Well done sir! Apparently you chose the perfect career in customer service that suits your attitude. FYI Part # RT25008 SKU # 1359470 That's the guaranteed part you said your system wouldn't allow you to look up. Kudos sir, keep up the good work of wasting payroll.

  Chris. B. Was extremely helpful! I had an issue with another store with returning something and Chris B was able to jump right on the issue get it rectified before any further issues or complications arose! Very pleased with the service that he provided me! He even offered me a small discount for the troubles since he felt bad about the problems I experienced. Excellent customer service from him and would recommend anybody looking to go to AutoZone to consider making their way over to this location and asking for Chris B! Thank you, AutoZone and more importantly, Chris B!
