Stated doesn’t accept used oil was extremely RUDE stated has a bad back There where 3 other associates standing around and did nothing to help the used oil container in the back of the store had material covering it making it nearly impossible to access some higher up management needs to correct the manager and the store operation

I was also planning to buy oil, but the lack of basic customer service made me leave. Colvin is a lot more personable, moving forward I will stick with them. Better customer service and a more personable manager would make a big difference.
