Mel/Nel answered the phone, and after I explained our situation, he mentioned that they normally don’t provide on-site service. However, once he learned that our car couldn’t start at all, he said he would try to come out and help us. Although we eventually found help and called to let him know he didn’t need to come, I was truly touched by his willingness to understand and offer assistance. Big thumbs up to Mel/Nel and the Mavis Tire team at the Melville location for their kindness and great customer service!
