I went in for a rim repair because it leaked air, they were supposed to call me with a price because I got quotes all over. No calls. I called 2 days later to figure out what's going on with my rim. "Oh it's done and it'll be $118 plus tax." Well if you would have called with a quote I would have been ok. No call so I'm stuck with $118 plus tax now. Whatever. I need the rim. I just expected someone to let me know the price like they said they would. Get there and it's $160 . Yikes. Not happy at all. Ended up paying less than $160 but more than $118. So far the tire is airtight, but their word isn't. Would I give them a second chance? Possibly and I'd update my review accordingly. I'll be sure to get everything in writing before the repairs done.
