    If I could give 0 stars I would. They were not clear on what was needed to get a rental. Said they accept debit but need proof it’s your debit card all is good and well if I would have know this beforehand so I could have everything ready.Made us run around transfer funds to finally not even get the rental car. Train you staff about knowing what is needed beforehand. Nonchalant attitudes could basically care less about if you needed to car for something important or not. Left a really bad taste in me and my fiancées mouth. Will never use enterprise after this experience.
