- KBkaren berkmanOct 13, 20254.0Scheduling appt., reminders emailed/texted to me & service on the car was all great & I would’ve given 5 stars but there was an older guy who cut me off in the parking lot, parked in front of the entrance door & ran in ahead of me complaining about an oil change he had a while ago & his oil light was still showing on his dashboard. The technician went right out to look at it & even took the car for a test drive. He never greeted me or checked me in & I had an appointment! After about 10 minutes, another technician came out & checked me in. He then took my car in & did the oil change. He was very pleasant & had excellent customer service skills, unlike the other guy. I’m only sorry that I didn’t get their names.

Monro did the most amazing job I've ever seen on a alignment and I've been to a couple of places that done it an my steering wheel was still crooked and the vehicle still pulled but if I could give monro more stars I would. You guys are amazing thank you for the work you did on my truck. After tax it came to $145.00

I made an appointment and told him my brakes were still under warranty from 5 months ago! He tried to say I went over mileage until I showed him the paperwork! So he was trying to scam me ! Then the ball joints cost $650 and I drove away and my car was still having the same issue! We brought it back and he said,” oh it’s probably the struts , which will be another $900 ! It’s a very corrupt place who has no remorse in jipping people and taking their money and never fixing the issue! This was in Massena , Ny and the techs name was J.secore!
