  I've usually gone to Monroe for certain things. I called to set up my apt for my oil change. They took my yr and make of my car and asked what type of oil change I would like. Well obviously the cheaper one 49.95 it Christmas time money is tight. They okay. When I got there. I said im here for my oil change on my 2014 Chevy equinox for 49.95. Guy said okay. So he took my car in. Did the oil change. Came out and said $111.10 i said what ! He said your car only takes synthetic oil. Well you should have come out before starting the oil change and tell me this and the new cost. What if I didn't have that kind of money on me at the time. Because where I normally take it it costs 79 and thats with tax. Well needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon to Monroe for an oil change. They cost to much.

  They solved and fixed my problem that 5 other garages couldn’t! I had an impact wrench socket stuck on top of a bad wheel/rim lock and there wasn’t enough clearance to work it off by hitting it different directions with a hammer. They kept trying different ideas to get it off until they came up with a solution. They came up with an ingenious solution to get it off-it included welding a nut to the socket then using a bolt that could be screwed in until it hit the wheel lock and the force of continuous turning the bolt popped the socket off. They also worked super hard to get the other wheel locks off after my new replacement wheel lock key wouldn’t work to get the locks off. The work even drew blood from the mechanic. Excellent effort and idea-and the price was reasonable! Thanks guys!

  Scheduling appt., reminders emailed/texted to me & service on the car was all great & I would’ve given 5 stars but there was an older guy who cut me off in the parking lot, parked in front of the entrance door & ran in ahead of me complaining about an oil change he had a while ago & his oil light was still showing on his dashboard. The technician went right out to look at it & even took the car for a test drive. He never greeted me or checked me in & I had an appointment! After about 10 minutes, another technician came out & checked me in. He then took my car in & did the oil change. He was very pleasant & had excellent customer service skills, unlike the other guy. I’m only sorry that I didn’t get their names.

  I had a very bad experience! The auto tech told me the problem with my vehicle was ball joints and brakes ! I made an appointment and told him my brakes were still under warranty from 5 months ago! He tried to say I went over mileage until I showed him the paperwork! So he was trying to scam me ! Then the ball joints cost $650 and I drove away and my car was still having the same issue! We brought it back and he said,” oh it’s probably the struts , which will be another $900 ! It’s a very corrupt place who has no remorse in jipping people and taking their money and never fixing the issue! This was in Massena , Ny and the techs name was J.secore!
