Brake line broke and I was releasing fluid from the rear of the truck. I stopped at the auto parts nearby to get fluid and it continued to leak. I called for an appointment at 10 o’clock for an 11 o’clock appointment. Do you know was walking distance from Monroe I pulled up. They pulled my truck in immediately and repaired it. Very happy with the service and the polite professional crew.

When they finished the oil change I went to pay and the cost increased from the quoted price of $49.99 to $168.00. No other additional work was done. I will never bring my business to this company again. I will share this experience with everyone I know. Monroe auto is a bait and switch company that no one should do business with. The only reason your getting one star is because there isn't an option for 0 stars or half a star.
