  It went here to have a tailight bulb replaced. It was a hot day in July. I had been very sick along with a broken right foot and a severed left one. I hobbled in and bought the bulb for 11.00 and a torch driver for 13.00 and not being able to stand I ask the four guys doing nothing to help. They all refused. I tried and a disabled homeless man tried to help but neither could stand long enough. I left without getting it done. Thanks for nothing guys,I'm 63 and your days are coming. Good luck too youse all. Against store pricey they said. Seems to me they were breaking policy sitting there sleeping on the counters with no customers. Now I know why.

  I ordered parts from the store in Massena and was told they would call me when available for pickup. Cannot begin to explain here as to why ordering online through their website was beyond insanely impossible, even with assistance from online customer service personnel!! My correct contact number was given during the time of the order, payment was made, and I was reassured they would call. After several attempts to determine the status of my order, well over a month's time had passed by. I finally talked to "the guy" who appeared to have all the answers and was mentally logical to give me the final answer to where my order had been living this past month. A word to those who may follow in my path, do not order anything from this company unless you enjoy timing yur needed order by calendar month, not days of the week. Thanks for listening....

  Very knowledgeable parts people. The manager himself came out to do an emergency replacement of my dead battery.
