  I ONLY go here. Not to Mavis (I know they are associated, but the Mavis in Massapequa are unprofessional and jerks). This location has always taken me the moment I’ve either called with an issue or walked in with a punctured tire or an issue with my engine, and I am in and out, and they are very courteous. I have not had one issue with overcharging or unprofessional behavior. They are my go to, and they always will be.

  This was an excellent experience on a Sunday morning! All the guys were so nice friendly and accommodating! Easy process for replacing a tire. John went over and above calling other stores to get the tire we needed and he went to pick it up for us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The techs we very thorough and took really good care of us.

  Dwight at STS Tire & Auto in Massapequa was amazing. I came in with a stressful situation after two wheel studs were snapped and my wheel lock was already removed, and he handled everything quickly and professionally. He got the broken studs out and replaced in about an hour with no issues. What I really appreciated was how straightforward and efficient he was. No upselling no unnecessary work He got just got straight to fixing the problem You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. If you need anything done definitely ask for Dwight for assistance he knows what’s he’s talking about.
