I did explained in details that I am requesting rear tires been replaced up to front and need two new tires to be installed in the rear axle. I discussed all details and price with the employee; Mr. John and I left my car approximately 8:50am- no issues. At 1031 hrs I received a phone call from navis discount tire shop saying; that I should replace all tires because the other (rear) two are also not good, I was really surprised because I know for a fact that my rear tires were good. I refused and confirmed again that rear tires going to front and need two tires for rear. At 3 o’clock I received a phone call saying that my car is ready for pick up. When I arrived I immediately recognized that my front tires are the same and wasn’t swiped. I asked Mr. Join again and he confirmed that they swiped rear tires, on the top of this he guaranteed saying I am wrong… I looked at them again and I recognized the nail that i catch a day before in the front passenger side tire. I requested to show me those two tires that they took, Mr. John took me to the back and showed me a Michelin tires which wasn’t even mine. I told them I want my rear tires back and install them up front. I picked my car at 5:55pm (after 9.5h). I was subjected to an attempted fraud, I was treated cruelly; there are no words to describe what I think about it. I wonder how many people like me came before me; and I didn't even hear a single word of apology. I have attached copies of my receipt. Thank you for your time on this matter.
