- SRSean RadiganFeb 18, 20261.0Had automatic start and new radio installed at Massapequa Park location. The work order was: new auto start, new radio with new back up camera and reconnect steering wheel controls. Left the car at the shop over night so work could begin the next day. The next day I go to pick up the car, there was a slight delay and had to wait 2 hours for them to finish up. When work was complete, I was told the keys are in car and have a nice night. No one offered to go over work performed and if I had any questions (normal practice in automotive service) Total cost $1863.99. What I received was basically a used radio, it was the one that was on display, I noticed it was no longer in spot when I was waiting the 2hrs. The next problem was, the steering wheel controls were not hooked up also the sun visor hits the microphone for hands free and interferes while talking on phone. I went back to correct issues, there was a misunderstanding on my part on what time I was supposed to be there. At first they were not willing to try and get me in but they did. I waited another hour and a half, the steering wheel controls are still not working properly and I didn’t even bother asking about microphone. When I get time I’ll look into correcting issues on my own. The quality of their services and prices are not worth it and would not recommend them for anything.

Very fair price, great customer service, no pressure from the people at the front counter. I come here for all of my vehicles and never had anything but great experiences. I will be going back this week for more installs. I highly recommend
