    Kids working there are great, guy who looks like is running it is pretty miz. They give the shoddiest cars and things just take too long here compared to others

    This is not the first time that I have had to use Enterprise. Everyone is always helpful & willing to explain anything in the car that you are unsure of. This time, I had to swap my car in for a more SUV type of car. I originally had a VW Taos. It was a great car, but it was too low to the ground to get into (I have a partial tear in my MCL). Enterprise was wonderful at swapping cars with me. They gave me a Nissan Rogue and it worked out perfectly. When I finally returned my rental, they gave me a ride to my auto repair shop. I highly recommend Massapequa Enterprise to anyone in need of a rental car!!

    Highly do not recommend!!! State Farm put me in a rental because their insured ran a stop sign & totaled my car & fled the scene of an accident with my kids in the car. So State Farm paid for a rental Oct 8th until Nov 1st. When I got down there to pick rental up. They charged my debit card $150 as an "hold"... After Nov 1st I have to come out of pocket & pay for the rental to get back n forth to both of my jobs. 10/30/25 I called enterprise and asked how much it will be for an extension until Nov 5th. They quoted me $153.56. On 10/31/25 I called back to make the $153.56 Pymnt. They stated they don't take Pymnts over the phone come down tomorrow and make the Pymnt. When I get down there they told me $308. So I had to leave and put more money in the bank when I returned they was closed. Monday 11/3/25 I called them & stated that I came back & they was closed & to charge my card for the extension. They charged my card $276.56. Today on Nov 4th. I looked at my bank account and they charged an additional $426.56 when I called them and told them they charged $700 off my debit card they have no clue what I'm talking about. I am going to dispute the charges. Do not rent from this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!
