  We cannot recommend this Sixt location enough, specifically thanks to the incredible service provided by Michael. After a stressful experience being turned away by Hertz, we showed up at 20 Morris St. in New York on Tuesday, March 10th, feeling pretty stranded. Michael was a total lifesaver. He was incredibly friendly, empathetic to our situation, and truly went above and beyond to find a solution for us. Instead of just following a script, he was proactive and thoughtful, making sure we actually got on the road. He really saved the day for us. If you’re looking for a rental in New York, go see Michael at Sixt. his customer service is top notch!

  Je recommande vraiment si vous voulez louer une voiture. C'est Biony qui nous a accueilli tôt le matin, il a été exceptionnel avec nous, d'une gentillesse rare, très bon commerçant, très professionnel. C'est rassurant de louer une voiture dans ces conditions. Pour le reste, la voiture, RAS, tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Allez-y les yeux fermés

  Bionny bot uns absoluten First Class Service. Der Kunde ist König, dieses Gefühl gab er uns. Alles wurde ins Detail erklärt, auch wenn man zum ersten Mal in den USA ist, muss man sich hier keine Sorgen machen. Mit günstigem Upgrade bot Bionny uns einen 2026er Ford Escape an. Sehr sauber, wenig Meilen und top ausgestattet. Die Rückgabe im Parkhaus nach 6 pm klappt problemlos, störend ist, dass die nächste Tankstelle von unserer Seite in Brooklyn war. Danke an Bionny und das ganze Team.

  Had a great rental Experience with them. Very nice, clean, new car. The rental agent at the desk, Terence, was very helpful and professional. The return was easy. Room for improvement would be a readily accessible phone number includes with the email confirmation of the rental or on the app. It took me forever to find the location (partly due to construction in the area) and I couldn’t call anyone for guidance. Also, the app should have an easily accessible button to extend the rental. I was in Traffic and running late to return the car and had to pull over to do a deep dive in the app to extend the rental. That should be on the first screen.

  Excellent customer service in Batter park location in Nyc! Bionny was extremely knowledgeable and made the paperwork process so seamless.The employees were friendly, professional and made the pick up and drop off process completely stress-free. I also have to mention extending the vehicle for another week was also a hassle free process.Thank you SIXT for such great service i will be back if I ever need a rental.
