- TJTiffany JonesMar 16, 20261.0On I-84E, one of your tow truck drivers was driving very erratically. He was behind me because other cars were in front, then they went to the next lane to cut in front of them very short and abruptly, forgetting that they were a long flatbed truck. As the highway was splitting, the cars that were in front of me went to the right. I was still in the left lane, and the tow truck driver was on the bumper of another car, and because he was driving crazy and on the solid line, a piece of asphalt hit my windshield, giving me two chips, and the funny thing was, I kept my distance. Although it was not raining heavily, it was still raining, and there was no reason for him to drive erratically on the road.

Apparently, they're okay with their workers stealing your car's parts, replacing it with a similar part and trying to make you out to be the crazy customer when you attempt have a civil conversation about it. No double checking cameras or speaking to employees, just flat out refusing to verify any information to the contrary, that there's been a mistake or anything else. They simply deny any wrongdoing whatsoever. Shameful.
