Apparently, they're okay with their workers stealing your car's parts, replacing it with a similar part and trying to make you out to be the crazy customer when you attempt have a civil conversation about it. No double checking cameras or speaking to employees, just flat out refusing to verify any information to the contrary, that there's been a mistake or anything else. They simply deny any wrongdoing whatsoever. Shameful.

Bjorn is as honest, fair and hard working as they come, and so is the staff he surrounds himself with. I can't recommend them more; dealing with a car repair is already tricky business but knowing you can trust the repair shop helps take the worry out of a tense situation and puts you at ease - Fairway Auto Body is amazing!
