  Used to be a great place to bring your vehicle not sure if ownership changed or something but last few time's have been horrible. You make appointment's vehicle sit's there all day called at closing only for them to tell me they weren't going to be able to get to my inspection till Monday keep in mind I dropped the car off Friday night for a Saturday appointment. Won't be going back to this location again.

  If I could put zero stars in would. This is my 2nd bad experience with them. I was giving them a 2nd chance. They blew it. First time I got my $110 oil change. I felt like they rushed my oil change. Never put a reminder stick in car. My tire pressure in one tire was low and asked them to make sure it was checked. Next day tire pressure was still low and as I drive to work my oil light came on low oil. Call they told me to bring in after work. I did they said it was a quart of oil low. I got home and received a call to bring the car back. The gentleman that helped me was really nice. Took the car back came out to tell me that it was the oil filter. I asked why it was detected until I left and why I didn't get a reminder or paperwork after the other 2 prior visits. He didn't have an answer. Today 12/10 I made an appointment for 4:30 showed up at 4:15 and was greeted with we can not take anymore customers today. I told him I had a 4:30 appointment. Basically he said to bad you can come back tomorrow and that appointment are made through a call center and they don't know how busy they are. So they will not honor appointments made prior and I can honestly say that they probably do not take walk ins either. Very disappointing and will never return or trust a Monro Auto Service to take care of my car again.

  Brought car in for an inspection which it failed. Cost to fix was >$1300. Brought the car to my normal repair shop for the repair and the job cost a bit over $700. Clearly they are over charging for work related to a mandatory state inspection....

  The care provided at Monro was excellent. I went in for an inspection and oil change and ended up needing brakes. I am traveling downstate to deal with my father's funeral and the manager was sensitive to my needs and helped me with financing options to get the work done. I am now able to travel safely to help my family.

  I asked for an oil change and they completed an inspection. I did not get charged for the inspection. I was there for over an hour an realized there was an issue because I had asked what was taking so long. I almost missed my md appointment because they were taking too long and made a mistake. Another customer was willing to drop me off at my appointment.Luckily my mom was with me and was able to stay with the car and pick me up from the appointment once my car was done.
