The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - they quickly looked up my vehicle info and knew exactly what I needed. Customer service was top-notch, with friendly employees who took the time to explain everything. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they didn't have my alternator in stock and had to order it for me. A bit disappointing when you need the part right away, but these things happen. Other than the inventory issue, everything else was perfect. The store was clean and well-organized, prices were competitive, and the ordering process was smooth. They gave me a clear timeline for when the part would arrive and even offered to call me when it came in. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
