  The service team at Ellis was great to deal with. Listened to my description of issues over the phone and got me scheduled promptly. Their master tech checked over my vehicle and test drove it, unable to determine anything wrong. They called and asked me to bring him for a ride to show the exact driving conditions that cause the issue and determined it was a simple module relearn. They were very helpful and didn’t write off anything without proper diagnosis. Very pleased with the team!

He is a terrific sales manager—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle, not just making a sale. He worked with me over several days and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Tom also did several follow up calls to make sure I was enjoying my new car and to make sure I did not have any questions. Wow! Thank you again to Tom and the entire Ellis Automotive team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, positive car-buying experience.
