While the service was fast and the staff members were nice, I unfortunately discovered that all of my rims were scratched. I did not notice the damage until I had my truck washed later that day. I realize I should have inspected the vehicle before leaving the premises, but I did not expect the rims to be handled with such lack of care, especially given the cost of the service. While it is too late for me to rectify this for my own vehicle, I wanted to bring this to your attention. I will certainly be advising others to thoroughly check their vehicles after they have been serviced at your location before they leave.
