  The Ford Explorer given us was in very good condition and up-to-date. The staff took care of our needs with a size of the car and ease of entry and exit. Key features were explained to us and the staff accommodated us by picking us up and we were able to drop off very smoothly at the end of our rental. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car and the Mahopac office staff.

  This Enterprise location was managed very well. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The price was less than I expected as well. I would recommend renting a car from them every time.

  5/5 doesn’t even do it justice—this was hands down one of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Huge shoutout to the absolute dream team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Mahopac, New York—David, Zoe, Anthony, and Jad. From the second I walked in, they treated me like VIP. The energy, the professionalism, the attention to detail… elite. Everything was smooth, fast, and honestly way more enjoyable than renting a car has any right to be. You can tell this crew takes real pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. David, Zoe, Anthony, and Jad—y’all set the standard. If every Enterprise ran like this location, the world would be a better place. Appreciate you all for going above and beyond and making the whole experience seamless. I’ll definitely be back—no question about it.
