When we finally got into the bay to get our oil changed, we were told that they had to take care of a truck that came in after us. After already waiting 40 minutes, we were told we would have to wait another 10 to 15. But based on the rate that the cars were pulling out of there, it probably would have been another after 30 to 40 minutes. Minutes. I'm not sure if the staff changed here or if it is a different crew that works on Sunday, but I'm sadly disappointed because we usually have good results. I felt like I was disrespected because they were going to service a truck first that came long after us. Normally with Valvoline we are in and out in 15 minutes with an oil change. This time we were there nearly an hour and unfortunately wasted our time. Come on guys. Please do better.

They do all the usual checks, and work like a well-calibrated machine. Everything is handled carefully and thoroughly. You never have to leave your car. There's some upselling, which one expects, but they're not aggressive about it, and are clear about why you might want some additional services. Very reasonably priced, and I was in and out in no time at all. Happy customer!
