- LWLynn WallisSep 15, 20251.0I visited Valvoline for an inspection on 9/5. My car did not pass inspection due to worn brake pads. Was advised to come back after repair for a discount on the re-inspection. I had the brakes replaced and called today 9/15 for a re-inspection and was told the earliest date available was next Monday 9/22. I called 2 other places in Mahopac that can take my car for inspection today. I'd rather pay the $21 inspection fee again than be without my car for another whole week! I will not be using Valvoline services for my inspections or oil changes in future. A simple recommendation from the staff to make my appointment for the re-inspection at the time of failing due to high volume, could have avoided my frustration and kept me as a customer.

They are only one car and the other employees are talking on the phone. I’m playing games. I don’t recommend this place because you wanna waste your time. You should consider to find more qualified people and fix your customer service.
