  Last week I stopped over to get the car battery I purchased at the Panorama Plaza store re-secure as it was loose since the staff there couldn’t figure how to secure one of the J hooks. Only one side was clamped down. Jeff and Mike helped me (I might have names wrong but mainly the gentleman on crutches was very helpful). They worked collaborative to secure the battery. They also noticed that the negative terminal was loose so it was also secured. I am thankful to both of them!!!!

  This place is a dumpster fire. I needed a windshield wiper and the old guy behind the counter was completely helpless. He couldn’t look up the correct part, then he just made up some random garbage and gave me the wrong part. I asked him again to confirm this was correct and he just mumbled something under his breath. Then he had no idea how to scan a credit card. So I took my wiper blade to my truck and it was of course it was wrong. I walked back in there and he literally turned around and walked over to the window and completely zoned out like nobody was in the store. Lucky there was a younger guy there that knew instantly that I had the wrong part and he got me the correct wiper. I wish I knew his name because he was actually really great. The other guy needs medical attention.

  Stopped in today for a battery, one of the employees gave the one I was speaking to the tool to check the battery. Guy was on crutches and could barely walk. Wasn't going to ask him to check it but knew he wasn't going to offer anyway. Had mentioned the battery light just started coming on but its been a great car for the 8 years I've had it. Said something along the lines of if its a great car why are you here. He showed me what they had in stock which was only the most expensive one they had for the car. Told him to have a good day and left.

  Today I went to the AutoZone to get ready for the latest round of snow. I purchased winter wiper blades and wiper fluid. Allen assisted me and suggested I purchase the de-icer wiper fluid. I have been driving a lot lately and a few weeks ago I couldn’t keep the wipers from icing up. Allen graciously installed the wiper blades and instructed me on how to do it as well as how to put wiper fluid in my car. That was a big deal for me because my ex husband used to do those things. I highly recommend the AutoZone and I commend their helpful employee, Allen.

  I thought i had a dead battery and Cody discovered that my battery was fine. I just had broken terminal. Cody sold me the new terminal and helped me install it. Cody really went above and beyond to help me out.
