Cody from Autozone was so helpful when I came in to have my headlight fixed, especially since I know nothing about cars. He explained the proper process...replacing both headlights as 2nd will die soon later. I dont know what i would do without a kind helpful employee. He also set me up for rewards. I will definitely come back again when I need a part. Thank you Cody

This afternoon, I stopped for gas at a station across the street from this Auto Zone (store 4754). After filling the tank, my car wouldn’t start and was flashing all kinds of lights across my dashboard. I called over to Auto Zone hoping that someone might come across the street and check the error codes. Even though they were short staffed, the manager, Dan, came over to help. He spent probably 30 minutes going back and forth, replacing the battery in my key fob and getting the equipment to jump my car battery. When all that still didn’t work, he connected my battery to the battery of his personal vehicle along with one of jump boxes and the car finally started. We went across to the Auto Zone store and Dan quickly replaced my battery and I was on my way. Today, Dan went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful to him. He saved me time, money, and so much stress! He’s definitely got a customer for life.
