I originally thought it was an oxygen sensor (so I was only expecting a couple hundred dollars worth of damages). Turns out there was a LOT wrong with my car that I needed fixed before I can pass an inspection. Over $4,000 worth of damages. Obviously that was extremely upsetting and I was taken back. Gavin was extremely helpful and explained all of my options- with no pressure any which way. I ended up taking my car home for about a week and a half while I figured out finances. When I took my car back to get fixed, Doug helped me. Extremely friendly man. Great personality and he answered all my questions in such detail that I was able to understand everything going on- despite me knowing NOTHING about cars lol. He had great communication skills and we spoke back and forth on the phone many times. He kept me updated on absolutely everything! They had my car from Thursday afternoon - Monday afternoon. Gave me a very accurate time frame on when the work would be done so I was able to adjust my schedule accurately. Picking up my car was also a very easy and quick process. All proper paperwork and receipts were provided. Could not be happier :) My car drives beautifully now and I'm all set with my inspection!! Shoutout Gavin & Doug ❤️❤️
