  Nivell and his colleague were so helpful. Last minute we needed to rent a car and I’m so happy we went with Sixt. The cars are always clean and new and in great condition. Will continue to give this location our business.

  Cancelled my bookings 3 hours before scheduled pickup and not even provide any compensation/coupon for the inconvenience. Only told to contact CS, look elsewhere, and other branches won’t honor the same rate as the original booking. Terrible business. Gonna let my Platinum tier expire. ———————————— If you take our feedback “seriously” or “find your feedback important”. There won’t be similar complaints more than 3 times within a year! Stay away.

  I made a booking almost 4 months in advance and they suddenly cancelled on me 2 days before. Just said "no vehicles available" No compensation, no reachout, no idea why. If you rent from them, be ready to have backup plans Never had a rental company do this. Even Zipcar is more reliable than this.

  Overcharged and racially profiled I was about an hour late returning the car, and they told me that they would not charge me for a full extra day just for that hour, but in the end I was still charged for an extra whole day, increasing the cost by nearly $100. Additionally, the reason I was late was because I was trying to dispute a parking ticket for parking at a construction site (the construction site was halfway down the block and on the other side of the street, and there were cars parked both in front and behind me). Before I could finish the dispute process, Sixt paid the ticket and charged me for the full amount plus fees. So what was originally going to be a $100 weekend rental turned into a $400 one And to add insult to injury, when I was picking up the car I waited nearly half an hour without being helped or acknowledged. I assumed they were busy with a large party ahead of me, but later two different caucasian customers walked in and were immediately helped, so I realized something was wrong and I spoke up. My guess is they assumed I was with the group ahead of me in line since they were also asian
