- TATyler Adams5 days ago1.0They won't let you know that they are out of vehicles until you're there. Then, out of desperation, you'll go to the next closest enterprise. You'll spend triple getting their last vehicle. Then, when you call every few weeks to speak to someone, they'll keep telling you that the district manager will reach out to you directly. THEY WILL NOT EVER REACH OUT. I have been a loyal enterprise customer for eight years and never had a single complaint. I will pay more to rent from enterprise because I almost always have a good experience. But being treated my issues weren't real and purposefully getting ignored by the DM is disappointing and a complete slap in the face.
