The lady who assisted me was extremely disrespectful and unnecessarily rude from the moment I walked in. Her tone was sarcastic the entire time, and instead of helping, she made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Customer service should never feel like this. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when renting a car, and unfortunately this location failed badly. I will not be returning and would not recommend this branch to anyone.

After the lady confirmed all the details on the phone. Worse customer service ever . They said customer service are the sams as us but I called them from the Google map number so I called back dude answered me in front of me in the same location. This is just crap service never renting from them again.
