  Absolutely Brutal Service Tec's dressed like homeless people did not know how to put convertible top down took 3&1/2 hours to replace windshield broke my sun visor clip etc said it happens all the time (no it does not) said they would order new one be in the next day and well 7 days later not a word brings my car outside did not reinstall my fobs handed me new adhesive and said here you go and my mike was hanging down from my apple play unit I said you need to put it back the way it was so he made a mess of that I had to take to another shop to fix and I said did you put rain coat on windshield he said no I said I wanted that !!! He said go to Autozone and buy yourself it will be cheaper Never go to this place TV Adds do not reflect this service!!!

  Had cracked window replaced and camera recalibrated in my driveway. John did a great job and was friendly, explaining the camera recalibration process.

  This whole occurrence was seamless, from contacting my insurance company, Safelite making contact to me, scheduling, installation and completion in a very courteous professional manner

  Answered the same set of questions 3 times. Once when i booked, second when the lady called to confirm and third when they guy came out. It was no secret there was no garage to work in. Guy didnt install my windshield because of a few drops of rain. Wasted my whole day. Was told to drive out to the shop, even though given my windshield situation its illegal to do so. The whole point of calling sombody to come replace the windshield is so you don't have to drive to the shop.
