  Great service and was able to fit me in and complete at last minute. Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. System is working well. My only complaint is the price. It seemed a bit pricey and high. Charged an extra $113 just to replace an $60 air filter. Seems like high mark up for parts etc. This will probably keep me from returning in the future. Replaced heater blower and resister and air filter. Total $1025. Seems very high

  Went in for annual inspection, only to be told I need two new rear tires as the middles of my current were “bald”. The issue is that they were not bald. Showing wear; yes, but plenty of tread left. Before even telling me it failed inspection, the tech conveniently already had an estimate printed for two new tires, THEN told me it failed & why. I declined his attempt to upsell me under the guise of safety, took it across the street to Valvoline (where they don’t rely on selling tires to stay afloat) where they passed the vehicle without issue. I asked them their opinion about the rear tires and they confirmed they had plenty of tread left. Predatory places in which their sales rely almost solely on upselling unknowing people need to be exterminated from existence.

  Horrible.. I was told oil change for 49$ asked for a nys inspection as well. I dropped my car off lot was empty and by the end of my visit I could tell why. I was called to be told my car failed inspection for broken wipers (they were not broken prior too) And given a list of parts that they thought would be needed in the future (fine for inspection) I was also told that my oil change was 100$ and that my total bill would be 220$ if I chose to replace the wipers ( I did not as my wipers would cost me only 15$ and my oil change should have been 50$) I was giving a receipt with parts and longer costs everything looked fine until I see my oil was 17$ and 0$ labor cost but 90$ total .. he said the oil I received was the reason why and I wasn’t notified prior to them already doing the oil change that the price was a 50+$ difference. I was told not to come back but the service and hidden prices is what will keep me from ever going to this establishment again. I advise anyone who goes here look at the lot and know there’s reasons it’s empty. Lies and corruption. A day before Christmas.. would rather go to pep boys

  I had called Monroe due to me having a flat tire completely to the ground on a ram 1500 I was able to have my truck towed to Monroe. Chris was so helpful to me. He was able to make me aware of all of my options although my tire was not able to be repaired. He was able to Make me aware of the promotion if I were to buy three tires I get one free not to mention this was all done after 3 o'clock on a Saturday. I feel so thankful that I was able to get my truck in and out in the cold temperatures we have in New York. You can't put a price on a piece of mind and I would like to thank Chris for that. Thank you so much now I don't have to play a guessing game if my tire will be flat when I go out for work in the morning. I recommend Monroe 10 out of 10
