I was able to spray a citrus spray which made it more tolerable. I felt that your staff blew me off when I complained about this issue, other than that nice vehicle ran very well.

- BGBobby GorkmeDec 11, 20251.0This place is terrible. My wife received the car with no gas. The solution? Bring it back with no gas. Ok fine. Annoying but fine. Then our first time taking out the car, the check engine light, abs light and service traction control lights came on. Shit happens. Bring the car back and they only had a van. We did not want a van as we specifically paid extra for a 3rd row suv. They said that was the only vehicle they had. Get home. First time we take it out, same exact issue. Dashboard lights lit up. Check engine light, abs etc. keep in mind this is all within 48 hours. Take it back. They only had a truck. We needed to seat 6 so that sucked but that was the only vehicle that they had. When we brought the truck back, something came up and we were 4 hours late. 100% on us. The manager said he was going to charge us for a half a day to do us a “favor”. I’m not a math teacher but 4 hours is not half of 24. I asked if there was any way that they could not charge the half day since the experience was so bad and he said that there was no way to do that. And the only explanation was, “it’s a business”. And it’s not his fault. He clearly looked overwhelmed by the job. And he is right. It is a business. A horribly ran business. And I forgot to mention that the change engine oil light was on in the truck when we got it. If you even sort of value your family’s safety then I would run away from this place.
