  If you go for an inspection you have no idea how busy they are until you get there. Drove 12 miles to find 7 cars in line. Corporate took phone away from the shop and they are clueless how busy they are at customer service. She said corporate policy. Here is a novel idea the business graduates can’t figure out. Have camera in view of lines and post in line for every location you select. 7 cars in line and 1/2 hour per car. Is that valuing customers. Customer service was useless and she became agitated when I was not receptive to excuses.

  Amazing customer service. Tim was awesome. Chris was very respectable and knew his job. Showed me all options. Caitlyn did an amazing job getting the oil filter and made sure my vehicle was running well before leaving.
