    I gave it a 4 because the waiting room was filthy and figuring. The bathrooms were atrocious. There is no excuse for filth.

    I got tires here 3 months ago and was just recently back for an inspection and I was told the tires were too worn to pass… when I was there initially I asked what the car needed, if it needed any parts or an alignment or etc, I was told everything look good… now I have an estimate for $500+ telling me I need tires again, an alignment, and tie rods… seems to me they just wanted to sell me some tires the first time and get me out of there without taking the time to properly diagnose the issues with my vehicle

    I had an exceptional experience. I hit a pothole on Route 57 and it tore my tire. I pulled into Mr. Tire around 8:00 AM without an appointment right as the store was opening. My vehicle has a rare tire size, so I honestly expected to be turned away or have to wait a long time. Instead, the team got my car right in, replaced the tire, gave me a great price, and provided outstanding customer service. The entire process took about 30 minutes and I was back on the road quickly. Very professional, efficient, and courteous staff. I truly appreciate the help during an unexpected situation. Thank you again!
