- DJDiana Jackson2 days ago2.0Not impressed. Left front tire had issues, went here due to cost and it was close to home, less driving around. I was told a price, I went to the bank (on foot a mile and a half down the road), went back, I was given a different price -$45 more and the guy says - tax. Why not tell people the ACTUAL price ?? When I mentioned that my job mentioned I should get a 5% discount because it's in our benefits package, the guy at mavis said he never heard of such thing. Just because you never heard of it, doesn't mean it's not real...go look into it. The only plus side was that the guy who worked on the my truck was very polite.

The Davis team recommended suitable tires for my vehicle, performed installation and alignment, and the tires have been performing well for two years. - DMDon MooreApr 14, 20265.0The Mavis Tire team at the Liverpool facility on Oswego Road off of Longbranch Road (Sarah, Toby, and the others) are extremely good at the work and their customer service attitude is outstanding. Delays in scheduled appointments are inevitable in all businesses. This location seems to look at appointments as an opportunity to communicate honestly and professionally. Not wasting your customer's time is invaluable. These folk are very good, their tire prices are competitive and fair, and the experience was excellent. I highly recommend this branch location over any other.
