- MMMeApr 16, 20261.0Horrible experience first time I've rented a car through Enterprise and I get a car that was completely damaged. They never did a walk around with the car now I understand why people are adamant about doing that should have done it because I guess you can't use the trust system anymore. I noticed the damage while I was driving down on my trip. I purchased the damage coverage I didn't think it would be a big deal so when I got back I told them about the damage the guy told me not to worry about it. Started getting emails about a letter getting shipped to my home. I get the letter and it's saying that I damaged a vehicle and I need to put my insurance information in. So I call the local office and speak to Ryan he told me that they send out this letter to the last five people that rented the car. These people are crooks then when I call corporate office they don't call me back very rude and can't understand them. I will never use this place again. So stressful
