When finished and driving home I heard strange noise and by the time I got home and looked underneath the plastic engine guard was hanging down and half the connectors were gone.... They knew there was a problem and didn't tell me or even correct the issue!

The staff was friendly and respectful and got me in and out quickly. I didn't feel pressured into getting anything I didn't need. The Store Manager Jason has a wonderful smile and felt like family! Will be my #1 Valvoline location from now on!
