- CGChris GreenJan 30, 20261.0Back before Christmas, I brought my Service van in for an oil change. Technician did not check the clearance around the van before they closed the rear garage door. The door came down on top of the ladder that was mounted on top of my van, which resulted in irreversible damage to a very expensive ladder rack. After several attempts to file a claim, I’ve had virtually no actionable communication from their corporate office. Next step is Small Claims Court. Update: I have sent several messages to the contact email that was given to me. No reply. Yes I use a claim number, but no one seems to care to resolve the issue. Seems like it would be cheaper for them to manage this outside of court.
