- WMWill Merrill2 days ago1.0This is the worst Penske I have ever been to. My boss offered to purchase 6 tires from them for my truck, and we were told they don't have time. We have appointments set up for PMs several months in advance. They called to have my truck brought in. I took it in on my day off to leave it for the week and was told the next day that they forgot about it and we should come get it. This is not good business and not the way Penske has ever done business anywhere else in the country. Liverpool N.Y. is really giving the name that Roger grew a bad name.

THEN ACCUSED ME OF STEALING IT, SAYING I NEVER RETURNED IT & WAS GOING TO CHARGE MY COMPANY FOR DAYS IT WAS "MISSING"!!! ALL DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!! THEY ARE UNCONSCIONABLE LIARS....EITHER THAT OR PAINFULLY INCOMPETENT!!!! WHICH EVER THE REASON IT IS, IT'S ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!! THEY ULTIMATELY FOUND THEIR TRUCK- IN ANOTHER STATE!!! REALLY? WHAT ELSE YOU GOT, 'CUZ THAT 1 DIDNT WORK!!! I CANT STRESS ENOUGH TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!
