  Front desk guy was helpful and friendly. I got a great deal on all year round tires. They got it done fairly quickly and so far so good, it’s been a few days and car seems great!

  Chris was great and I am happy with the end result but this is the second time I’ve made an appointment and it was hours after the scheduled time before my car got pulled into a bay. I’ll just plan to drop it off the night before for the full day next time.

  The car had emergency brake line failure, I was made aware when I dropped it off when it was briefly checked to help me understand what might have happened. The mechanic fixed it up promptly when he came in and explained what was done. I was very happy with the service.

  Was not able to fix check engine light issue. Had it in and they performed a “diagnostic” that cost me $100 and just replaced the gas cap. Forgot to clear the engine light, so I had to go back. Not 5 miles later, the check engine light turned back on. Took it back and they said the code was for some valve and they couldn’t find it, so it never got fixed. Had to take it to a different shop. Not sure what the diagnostic fee was for since they never figured out the problem and now I have an aftermarket gas cap that does not have a leash and is not connected to my truck. Absolutely terrible experience and I will not be returning.

  I usually purchase my tires at Mr. Tire and return for oil changes and tire rotations etc. My SUV needed a NYS inspection and I made an appointment at 10:30am and planned to wait at the shop until it was completed. The next inspector arrived late tot he shop, ate his lunch and did not complete my car u til after 5:30pm. Then I had to wait longer for them to fix the rear brakes at install new brake pads bc they said it would not pass inspection so that was over $200. & when I got home the back brakes make a clicking noise now. Toughening back and they said it is fine just rust from the rotors. Then I went back in for a front end shake on my front right wheel when I am at Highway speeds. The tech charged my extra to test drive it but they could not figure out what is wrong with it so the rebalanced the tires and the shake got worse. I brought it back and they guessed it may be the ball joint so I trusted them and fixed it and spent over $450 for the shake to continue but now 5 mile per hour slower it starts shaking. They did give my a free oil change for my time and troubles but I am not pleased with the Mr. Tire on Oswego Rd. I expect better service and want to trust my car techs.
