  Made a appointment to buy 4 tires that were on sale, received confirmation message. When I got there I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to get the tires. They said they had a similar set for over 100 dollars more. They are either incompetent making appointments for tires they don't have or it's a bait and switch scam.

  I ended up going off the road in my jeep and they pulled me out sideways so I needed an alignment. When I drop my car off, I almost begged them to look over my car to make sure everything was OK. I picked up my car drove at home and when I took it out the next day, I realized that there was a huge chunk of ice in my grill and it was mostly broken. I took it to a different auto shop and they started pulling out the ice and pieces of my car fell out. I went back to Mr. tire and asked them why they didn’t Notice this and their response was “we weren’t looking for that” So even though I asked them to look my car over please because I didn’t know what was going on. They absolutely refused charged me for the alignment. And had nothing To say about the fact that they didn’t actually look over my car like I asked

  We came at 5pm with a flat tire. (we didnt buy a spare tire yet so we drove the car on the rim because the tire blew out). My baby was in the car with us. They told us they couldn't help us even though they closed at 7pm. We were ready to purchase a tire for any amount. We tried and pleaded but settled to be understanding because the rep said he would be the only one there as one of his techs was leaving. My husband came back to the car. We sat for a minute debating to call a tow truck. Then I went back inside because i saw them servicing a womans car who pulled up after us while we just got done asking to purchase a tire. Since he refused again we asked him for air. He tried that. It was unsuccessful but the fact this woman was being serviced and he saw our tire was completely severed made the experience a little more disturbing. He suggested we put our hazards on and drive it to the next nearest tire store. I had to drive on the rim to another tire place on the rim as is where they actually helped us. It's just exhausting at times dealing with people who can't take a few minutes to be kind to everyone fairly. I know i could go into more detail with how we were mishandled but I just take it as a lesson of how not to operate an establishment. Help no one if you can't help everyone.

  We normally have good service here, but had a bad experience today. We had an appointment here for NYSI, but when we arrived we were told that there was not an inspector on staff. Their website, and NYSI site sign, lists these services as available as of the time of this review. Not the crews fault, but management please update your website and remove your NYSI sign if you no longer provide these services.

  Showed up at 8:20 for an appointment window that was quote ”between 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM.” Was told in a very condescending tone that the appointment was “for” 7:30 despite the text very clearly stating “between 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM”. I asked if it would be a problem and was met with more sass and attitude saying it would be a while if i waited and that I should’ve come earlier. At this point I did not raise my voice, I did not argue, I just left. I would never leave my car in the care of someone with such a nasty attitude, who clearly sees my business as an inconvenience to him. No reason to argue with these types of people. Always remember when it’s YOUR money thats being spent, don’t deal with nasty people just LEAVE!!!
