I pulled in with no appt thinking my coolant was leaking. Mavis got me right in, they inspected for leaks and topped off my coolant reservoir. Once completed, they explained it all to me and gave instructions on what to look out for if its a bad gasket. Oh by the way, they didnt charge me. Highly recommend. Great work team.

This is by far one of the best car shops in the area. I had no clue what was going on with my engine and the two guys working, Toby and Ty, went above and beyond to try and help me. After narrowing down possibilities, they were able to get what needed to be done taken care of, and saved me a trip to the dealership or the nightmare of getting a new vehicle. This is not my first time at this location and I will absolutely return for any other work I may need done to my vehicle. Thank you!!!!!!!

I live on the very opposite side of Syracuse from this location that I happened to visit because my wife looks in on an elderly woman in the neighborhood. The day before I visited this mavis, I found myself to be the lucky recipient of hitting a car part dispensed on the highway by a vehicle that had just crashed up ahead on the road in front of us. I had no plans of stopping at this location, but as I was sitting at the light heading back home, the store caught my eye and I said, hmmm, they don’t look too busy, let me mosey over there and see if they have time to assess the damage done to my car. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could take my car right in. I explained what happened as we all looked at the damage done to my undercarriage, and while they were investigating all areas for damage, my phone rang. It was my doctor at Cleveland clinic that I see for my present cancer diagnosis. They overheard my conversation, and when I hung up they asked if I had cancer. I said, that’s what I’m told. They finished looking the car over and concluded that my exhaust system was what needed replacing. They gave me a quote that I quickly said; um, I can’t afford that right now with my present health conditions. I left and thanked them. The following day I received a call from the manager, Toby, who was not present the day before when I was there. He told me that his crew felt bad for me and clued him in to my misfortunes. He said; Robert, we would like to extend our help to you, and we found the parts for your car at a much cheaper price, and cut the bill down by a third. I didn’t know what to say, so I said, as any good husband says; let me call my wife and bounce it off of her to see if we can swing it financially. I called her and she was a little apprehensive, thinking it was auto shop tactics to get us there and then charge us more. So I said, stay on the line and let me get Toby on the other line, and you can drill him directly. I find this very effective in dealing with spouses 🙂, and it worked. She drilled Toby with all the questions, and he told her that the new price would stand solidly! We all agreed on the deal, and then Toby said, can you be here shortly and I will have it done for you today. There’s times in our life where we need the kindness of others so badly due to circumstances that others can’t even see or know, and Toby and his crew were the Angels that we needed to rectify an unforeseen problem on top of the Big Problems we are already facing. For any one looking for a garage with workers that actually make their customers feel like they are valued and understood, this is that location! If I felt well enough to, I would go and hold a sign of testimony at the foot of the road to testify of how well this group of workers came to my rescue! BRAVO Toby, and to your crew who even felt strongly enough about my problems to bring it to your attention the following day to help me. These stories do still happen, just not on the scale we all want them too! Thank you!!

I would like you to know of my visits recently with Toby and his team. He was genuinely polite and personable ,advising me of all my needs on my car. He made eye contact with all conversations. His team worked in a timely manner and asked if there were any questions that I had.The entire experience was professional, and with personable interest in taking care of my car care needs, not just another customer. I left after my service was completed with a feeling of having a service center that I could depend on for polite and professional excellence. The type of care you used to get from a small home town service shop. I have used this shop several times now and recommended them to others for their car care.
