    Hope my post can help others in here. If these guys refuse to fix car save documents and fill out dmv form they will help. It has to be 90 days of sevice. ruined my car wound up trading it due to the damage after warrenty job. My fiance needed a decent car seat after dealer damagedi it and he was siting in water from floods they caused. At this they refuse to call to discuss what happened after many calls and emails cowards. and honor desl manager told me and my father. Please go somewhere else for service meanwhile I am enjoying my new car there are other honda dealers out there if a guy copied and paste saying they will help all a lie. President has no clue and they treat customers like dirt after my car was in shop all summer. Unacceptable service manager told me i was vip after my car was flooded thats a shitty thing to say and general manger blamed me and said car cant be fixed anymore. believed his boys did no wrong. read your reviews honda and help people not to swindle us in the community you guys need to take responsibility after a car gets damaged at your shop watch our for tires too. What a piece of work these people are. Im going to put my pictures up of what happend with my car and a couple emails of manager taking fresponsibility and another manager leaving me hanging after car fell apart I had to put my own money in fixing some of what they destroyed shame on them all I asked back for was what they ruined. Hope this can help others

    I have been in the mkt for a pretty long time-owned vehicle and given that I had made a prior inquiry on a 2022 CRV my contact information was on file with one of the internet sales reps. Just at the beginning of the year I helped my son with his negotiation on a used vehicle at GLH to which almost went south when one of the sales managers not only told me I could walk out of the showroom and refused flatly my offer on this vehicle…to which we did. The deal was salvaged by your GM Chris Milks. The interaction was memorable as it was beyond insulting to be mistreated when this in essence is a business transaction on both parts and only because of Chris providing excuses for that sales mgr…and making a good offer did we buy that car and this lead me to attempt to be a repeat customer. Back to this afternoon. I was proactively followed up with and misquoted on the vehicle I was interested in. Not only did I call the internet sales rep Jamie to confirm which she quoted me in writing I took time from work to come see what I thought was going to be my new vehicle as I fully was prepared to purchase as the price I was quoted. All of which I have in email. Only to have another sales rep waste my time and thoroughly upset me to the point of extreme anger that he brought me a MUCH higher price than what BROUGHT ME INTO THE SHOWROOM! What a classic BAIT AND SWITCH situation that I did NOT expect from what I thought was a reputable place of business. Yet again I was dealing with Chris the GM who explained along with John the sales rep that it was a typo/mistake they would not honor. Time is money. And as a customer who had planned on being a repeat customer within the year -I cannot believe that I was mislead in this way. Is that your business model? To say whatever gets someone in the door to hopefully convince them to be so enticed by the vehicle they are willing to buy the car at a much higher price. This price was affirmed before I came into the showroom as I not only called the sales rep to affirm the price-specific vehicle in question and followed up with a couple emails asking for the total price with that number and even changed the appointment to come in and make the sale, but could have at any point by your staff been corrected to let me know if that mistake. Versus give me what I thought was a confirmed amount by your business that was not honored. I would like this information to be passed along to your corporate complaints division or owner. As I am of the belief that this is a mistake that should have been honored by GLH. Chris offered me a quote that would not have had me come in at all. Signed another lost opportunity/customer. And if interested I can supply the quote I was given and then the much higher information I was quoted after raising my time.

    Clint was top notch in the service department getting my car in for multiple service reasons. Quick and Efficient work getting me in and out in under an hour! Not to mention Elizabeth being top notch also going over buyout options for my lease ending next month and also new lease options! If visiting do yourself a favor and see Elizabeth for any sales needs and contact Clint when it comes to service needs! Top notch!

    Saw a car on their site and I was pretty much sold. Went in for a test drive and really liked the way the car drove. Got back and told Malik I liked it and within moments he had prepared all the paperwork that I needed to sign went in a couple days later and he stopped everything he was doing and made sure I had all my paperwork in order Took me to my car. Introduced me to all of the features on the car and was just all around a pleasant professional guy.

    Went through financing after test driving the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle wasn’t prepped and needed some work which I was aware of. Signed on a used Rav 4 and put 5,000 dollars cash down. dealer called back and said the car wasn’t prepped junk and that I “can look at different cars they have on the lot” I was furious as I signed and shook hands on a deal. I received a list of things the car needed which was brakes and other small things like wheel bearings etc. needless to say they had made a bad deal on their end and pulled back on it. I offered to buy the car as is and I would fix it myself and no can do.. Be careful shopping here as they don’t even know what they’re selling.
