    Service after the sale!!! Richard texted us 8 months into our lease because we had some questions. He then had my wife and I on the line and talked us through the many perks of leasing and owning a Honda. We love our Honda Pilot and are driving it everywhere and now we can do it w peace of mind!!!     I traded my 2014 Chevy Cruze to lease a 2026 Honda Civic SI and the staff were very nice and everything went easy and smooth. I got a good trade-in value. Will do business again. Recommended. Valirie was very nice and professional.

    Just bought a 2017 Subaru Impreza for the winter and it was one of the best car buying experiences that I've had. Ryan is a great salesman, he made it a very smooth, fast and easy process and was not pushy at all. He found me a car that was exactly what I was looking for within my budget.     I am actually shocked to see anyone has anything good or even decent to say about this business. My husband had been looking for a specific make and model and found one that fit most of his needs at this dealership. We live in PA and had been pre approved through our bank for a car loan that more than covered the asking price of the vehicle. Being a 4 hour drive away, we had called to confirm the vehicle was available on a Friday afternoon. By the time they answered all questions and confirmed price and availability, it was the end of business day for the weekend and would have to wait until Monday to let the bank do their thing. Then Stephanie proceeded to txt and call my husband all weekend to ask that we put a deposit down to make sure the vehicle would still be there by Monday. We declined to do that and hoped no one else was interested. Monday comes and everything is great w the bank. By this time I had spoken with 3 different female sellers from the dealership who all seemed very helpful and easy to deal with. We got a check cut from the bank and were hoping to see the vehicle as soon as possible. We were in all honesty, planning to leave with the vehicle unless there was something seriously wrong that we found seeing it in person. We had been told several times that the vehicle ran and was good to go. One would assume that just from the fact that they had it online FOR SALE with no know issues. AND had talked back and forth for 3 days at this point with no issues. As soon as I asked to come see/purchase the vehicle…then all of a sudden they would need today (Tuesday) to “service” the vehicle and prepare it for us. Tomorrow and Thursday Xmas Eve and Xmas day so they would be closed but I could make an apt to come Friday after Xmas. Had to put insurance on vehicle before taking it off the lot so paid for that. And the check from my bank that I have in my possession, is accruing interest every day we have it that it’s not processed. Got a phone call from Valerie this morning to let me know that she would now be our salesperson for the vehicle and she was monitoring the “service” of the vehicle today and she would get back to me as soon as possible to “hopefully “ be able to still come see it Friday ….at the already scheduled apt time. She then decided at 3:38pm to call my husband, who she knew was working and unable to answer the phone, and leave him a voicemail that stated that there was too much wrong with the vehicle and they wouldn’t not sell to us. I have since tried to call Valerie and txt her to see why she would go about this like that. Nothing. I know ppl don’t know what others have going on in their lives but I’m currently paying for a rental after totaling my vehicle in and accident with a deer and I’m DESPERATE need to find a reliable vehicle. The back and forth and cost that I’m out now due to these people not being very good at their jobs?!? I’m shocked to be treated this way after seeing so many people have a good experience. I also saw there are plenty that have had awful experiences as well. I would most definitely never give this business my time or money.
