- EKEileen KempOct 30, 20255.0I've been going to Goodyear in Bayberry for a few years, and a couple of cars, and have always been happy with their service. They never recommend services that aren't needed. My recent experience: after going to the dealership for a "clunking" noise in the front (and spending $3500 on various repairs to fix it) I was told I needed a new rack and pinion. I went to Goodyear for a second opinion, and they concurred. Without going into the fiasco it was at the dealership, I ended up having Goodyear install it. When I went to pick up my car there was no charge, because the noise was misdiagnosed. I have a new rack and pinion, the noise is still there, and after going over my car with a fine toothed comb, my car is in good condition but the origin of the noise is unknown. Since they didn't take care of the noise, they couldn't in good conscious charge me for a part that didn't fix the noise. I will continue with Goodyear for the maintenance on my car.
