  We've been taking our cars there for years. Once, they said basically, "We could fix it for $2,000, but if you took it to a specialist, they could do it for $300." Another time, they said basically, "We misdiagnosed the underlying problem, so we're refunding you the $700 you paid for us to fix it" (after they did the work). I always appreciate their honesty; they clearly are more focused on earning long-term trust than with meeting this month's revenue goal.

  I just had the worst experience at this location… I live in the neighborhood and had a flat tire and went into see if they could patch it. The old man working scoffed at me and said he couldn’t help me. As soon as my boyfriend walked in, he asked us to wait and tried to help. This place treats women differently than men- NEVER will go back or recommend them to anyone. Tell your daughters and wives never to go there.

  I walked in randomly on a frigid Saturday morning concerned about a low tire and the fact that a gas station pump didn’t increase the tire pressure right before a 300 mile drive. The gentleman at the front was happy to check and fill my tire. Turned out the gas station pump didn’t work. His happiness to help and not accept anything in return was awesome

  I've been going to Goodyear in Bayberry for a few years, and a couple of cars, and have always been happy with their service. They never recommend services that aren't needed. My recent experience: after going to the dealership for a "clunking" noise in the front (and spending $3500 on various repairs to fix it) I was told I needed a new rack and pinion. I went to Goodyear for a second opinion, and they concurred. Without going into the fiasco it was at the dealership, I ended up having Goodyear install it. When I went to pick up my car there was no charge, because the noise was misdiagnosed. I have a new rack and pinion, the noise is still there, and after going over my car with a fine toothed comb, my car is in good condition but the origin of the noise is unknown. Since they didn't take care of the noise, they couldn't in good conscious charge me for a part that didn't fix the noise. I will continue with Goodyear for the maintenance on my car.
