  Absolutely terrible service when issue arose. The manager of the establishment exhibited unprofessional behavior, lacking support and displaying condescension throughout our interaction. I have recorded a video that I would like to share with the public. I have been officially banned from the establishment due to the verbal altercation that occurred. The manager’s conduct was unacceptable and should not have happened. I requested to speak with a higher-ranking individual, but he informed me that there was no one above him except for corporate. I requested the corporate number, but he instructed me to search online. All of this transpired on January 24, 2026. Subsequently, we contacted the police for a report, but a regional manager arrived but did not engage with us or address the situation. I escalated the matter to the call center, but no one has contacted me regarding the regional manager. This behavior is completely unacceptable and warrants further action. I will be seeking legal counsel. The manager was extremely rude and crude in his verbal communication. Along with physical. I also have the video footage of him yelling at us, which is appalling. It is unacceptable to have such a person as a manager in that establishment. I also request that we be removed from the ban on all Enterprise vehicles. The initial issue we encountered was receiving a vehicle without gas. I have photographs of it. I informed them that the vehicle was without gas, and they responded that they could add gas at that time. I declined and did it myself. The right to speak with a higher-ranking individual was denied, and the sensor kept triggering. The wipers did not function, and we experienced a severe snowstorm that resulted in an accident that I reported. I returned to the store to request a different vehicle and provided all necessary information. The manager then requested a police report, but I informed him that, unfortunately, in New York State, I had already called 911. They stated that they could not respond because both vehicles are drivable. I explained this to him, but he responded that he was unable to assist me. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering that I am now without a vehicle. My original vehicle is currently in the shop for a week. yes, I contacted higher up. Yes, I contacted emails.
