- JRJoseph ReynoldsDec 27, 20252.0A little before 9:00 am on the day we are to pick up our rental we get a call to let us know the vehicle we booked for 6 plus passengers is not available and not available in our region. They said sorry nothing we can do and they canceled our reservation. We reserved to car weeks almost a month in advance and all they said was sorry can’t help you. We called the general help service they would book a new vehicle and said regional manager will help and will call us. Before hanging up I asked for manager number they said they couldn’t give it to us. The manager never called back. The local enterprise store never called back. We were just left stranded without a vehicle. This rating review is all I could do while I sit here without a rental.
- SPSue PDec 26, 20255.0Enterprise has your back! Dec 3rd, 2025 my beloved Honda Odyssey was totaled in an accident, like several people's vehicles that day. I was lucky to get out of it with a simple broken hand. Sadly my insurance company changed how they handle 'material damage'. My claim is still in process, 23 days later. This is were Carter and his crew have had my back... when the insurance extended my rental by just a couple days, and then never returned my calls or texts to get a workable amount of days (they knew this was going to take more time)...I was then forced to bring the rental car back to return it on what became the last day of rental. Carter knew this had been going on, could see how weird the length of the extentions were and he jumped into action, making several calls and reaching people that could keep me from having to return the car that night. I have a lot going on, this insurance claim isn't even the most important and Enterprise has done absolutely everything they can to ease the hassle & stress of my insurance company. All my future rentals, for any reason will be with Enterprise. They care about their clients and go several extra miles! As for the insurance company, well they are in the insurance business, that's just about money.
