They came and dropped it off to me but didn’t realize beforehand that the tread on the tires were low. The employee immediately noticed it while we were talking before handing me the keys. He had my safety in mind and we drove back to the enterprise and confirmed they were too low. He was getting me in another vehicle (honestly better) within minutes of us returning. Everything was smooth the entire time, car was clean and the employees were great to work with. I wish I knew the name of the lovely man that dropped the car off to me so I could name drop but I did not catch it. Would definitely rent a car through them again!
