HE WENT OVER THE ISSUES WITH MY CAR AND ADVISED ME THAT HE COULD ORDER THE PARTS AND HOPEFULLY HAVE IT DONE IN ONE DAY. I DID EXPRESS MY CONCERN THAT I NEEDED THE CAR DUE TO AN IMPORTANT DR APPT. ANDY CAME IN EARLY ON MONDAY MORNING TO MAKE SURE THAT THE REPAIRS WERE DONE AND THE CAR WOULD BE READY THE SAME DAY. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO ANDY AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING. HE IS ONE OF THE NICEST, KINDEST PERSON YOU COULD ENCOUNTER. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE THE RETURN OF MY CAR. AND THEN I WENT BACK LAST WEEK JUST TO HAVE THE FLUIDS IN MY CAR LOOKED AT , AS I WAS GOING AWAY HE CHECKED ALL, PUT A QUART OF OIL IN MY CAR AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE.
