So they have to put it back on the lift and it took another 30 minutes. So almost 2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation.

The Man left by saying to everyone good luck. I made an appointment for an oil change and a car inspection. After waiting 40 minutes they said they can only do the oil change. The only reason I was there was for a car Inspection. Also, the front desk people on Saturday are agressive, agrevated easily and stare people down trying to provoke mean responses back. I won't be a customer no more. I advise you to all look elsewhere. They said they couldn't do an inspection because they couldn't see the seat belts in the back seat. They wanted me to take out everything out of my car. Also, they wouldn't pass my wife's inspection unless she added extra work onto the bill.
