I was able to just show up without reservation and they had no issues in adding me to their line up - waited inside and was finished in a reasonable time. Unfortunately 24 hours later, one of the tires was giving me issues (must have hit a big pot hole as my rim, etc was all bent which ended up causing the issue). The team was able to take me in , figure the issue out , unbend what had to be unbend and all is well now ! Definitely recommend.

My appointment was confirmed online and via phone call from the store. I received 3 reminder emails as well, however when I got to the shop I was told that they have no inspectors today because the boss did not show up to work(apparently he is the inspector). When I asked why I received multiple methods of communication verifying my appointment I was told the boss was the one who confirmed the appointment but didn’t show up so I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do. A phone call from them to let me know would have been nice, I wouldn’t have wasted my time to go there. I will not be using Mavis again!
