It's always very difficult to decide what mechanic to go to when you think that. Because you're blonde or a female, they're just gonna scam you. But this place absolutely is genuine gold. Kenny on the service counter extremely pleasurable, very kind, very welcoming, very informative, very knowledgeable, and the mechanics Mark, Carlos.. Are awesome. Tonight I went in there because I had a flat tire.They quickly diagnosed it to be a valve issue, and they noticed I needed brakes. I mentioned that my computer wasn't recognizing the air pressure in the tires, so they immediately went into action and they fixed everything. Dylan came out and showed me what the pads look like, and what they were supposed to look like. Every single one of these guys has more integrity than most people.I know have in their one pinky. I've used this mavis for years, i trust them.My kids go to them with their cars.. they're always so welcoming, they absolutely go above and beyond.. Even lending me a charger for my phone while I waited, they always have a welcoming smile.. And they go above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is top notch. You can trust these guys.. I'm grateful five stars isn't enough.. I'd give them ten
