I had a prospective car brought here yesterday for a PPI, and they did a very thorough inspection, including photos and detailed notes, and sent them via their online link. By the end, you definitely know what you’re getting (or not getting!). Steve is super honest, communicative, and most of all, knowledgeable about ALL things BMW. He took the time to chat with me over the phone and gave great advice and answered any questions I had. I wish I lived closer, because I would’ve absolutely had them be my mechanic. Maybe I will use them for any future, complex repairs that my local guys would be limited with. Thank you M-Spec!!
