- DBD BJan 9, 20261.0This is by far the worst customer service at any advance auto parts. When calling your placed on hold for over 10 minutes with no response. If you finally speak to someone they put you back on hold or scream at you, I think John was his name and hangs up the phone. He complains that they are busy and my little purchase doesn’t matter to them. Better off going to autozone, atleast they check the box to make sure it’s not a used part or wrong part in the box.
