  I didn’t get his name, which i wish I had, but he was very professional and honest. I was visiting from out of state and they helped me out! Thank you so much! Now I have peace of mind that I don’t have to worry driving back.

  Loyal customer for almost 10 years, brought in family & friends — 8–9 cars serviced here. Latest visit: endless delays, no explanation, staff rude and defensive. Totally disrespectful of my time. If you expect basic professionalism and respect, avoid this place. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

  This one star is for a young boy who eventually not keeps pushing my service back after I emphasize an immediately service. 9:21am check-in; 10:35am not start yet; 11:30am still not stat yet; finally 11:43am start after highly requested; 12:10pm all service is done. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I booked one of the earliest appointments, arrived on time, checked in and paid for the service in advance. I was the third vehicle scheduled, and this location can service four vehicles simultaneously. Despite this, my car was never serviced. When I followed up, I was told the work had not even started and that I would still need to wait. In person, I observed staff placing my paperwork underneath paperwork for vehicles that arrived later, effectively skipping my prepaid appointment. After being given multiple confirmations and allowing more than enough additional time, I returned to find my vehicle still parked exactly where I left it — untouched — while other vehicles were actively being serviced. Management’s response was equally disappointing. Instead of apologizing or addressing the missed appointment, I was told, “We are not in the fast-food business.” After all, the manager actually gave customers the ideas how to say about their business, 11:43am -12:10pm is a fast food service. An appointment should mean something. Unfortunately, this location showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and basic professionalism.

  My tire had a nail in it and was slowly leaking air. I first went to Mavis Discount Tire, and they told me it couldn’t be repaired and that I needed to replace it — plus they recommended changing both of my front tires. I didn’t really trust their advice, so I left. Later, I searched on Google Maps for a tire shop that was still open around 7 PM and found that Goodyear was open. I drove over, and the manager asked me to wait until 8:30. After about an hour, he told me everything was fixed. I was honestly so surprised! The repair cost me $44 — a bit more than average, but totally worth it. I also asked how about the front tires, he said no need to change, at least can drive 1 years. I was really happy I didn’t have to spend hundreds on new tires. Overall, a great experience at this shop. Friendly, honest service. Highly recommended!

  Came in at about 550pm sign says they close at 730 I was looking to get one tire and they guy behind the counter said they couldn’t help me don’t recommend this place
