- ZAZach AJul 31, 20251.0Extremely dissatisfied with this store and its employee (short hispanic guy), they dont even follow there own policy, i came in a for a simple return or exchange of a ac leak fix kit that i had gotten from a different advanced autoparts couple days ago, this one had some kind of leaky explosion from the heat it seemd like, a male employee there proceeds to tell me its used, i showed him how the can was full and it was defective cause you can clearly see it exploded from the top of it, he plain out, in a very rude tone told me im lying and that its used when it clearly wasnt , i ended up going to another store and returned it just fine, long story short this store does not honor there own returns as stated in there own franchise policy. And the short male hispanic worker is very rude to customers, never have i had this happen ever at any other advanced autoparts, seems like other people are having this same issue with there returns and exchanges here based on other reviews ive seen.

I asked if an item was returnable if not used and the cashier pointed to a sign stating electrical items aren't returnable. I asked "even if they're not used or open?". The cashier stated "correct." Long story short, I ended up buying them (not using or opening them). I went to a different store and they took it back with no problem and were shocked about this location's policy!
