Rental car company was right there waiting for me to get me going fir the day. They handled booking the car and let me know each step of the way with texts and calls. Thanks!!
- NBNone of yo BusinessJul 23, 20191.0I took my car to nulook after I was hit in a parking lot. They fixed the body work, but when I picked up my car it was making an awful metal on metal clinking noise from the back end. I brought the car back and they claimed they were going to send it over to Bob Johnson for diagnosis. When I got my car back they said it was the braking system, and they told the insurance company that it was not caused by the accident. I took it to Orleans ford to get a second opinion(my boyfriend is a technician and didn't agree with the diagnosis), which came out of my own pocket. Orleans ford told me it was my shock. So I called Bob Johnson because of the misdiagnosis, I was told by the service guy that the only thing they did to my car was an alignment and they never did a diagnosis on it at all. I am seriously disappointed that I was lied to by David at Nulook. He had absolutely no concern for my safety, his negligence could have cost me my life had the problem been more serious. I will never do business with them again.
