- RSRichard Sullivan3 days ago1.0Took 3 appointments to finally get windshield replaced. Poor communication. 1 of the 3 didn't show up or call. 1 they showed up and didn't have a part needed to install windshield. Called main office in Latham no answer or anyway to leave message.

I was told it would take about 1 hour to put in a new windshield. 50 minutes later they were done and another 15 minutes for the glue to dry I was on my way. Very friendly fast customer service, I would recomend this location for anyone needing glass repair or replacement--Gary Grimaldi

Anti-consumer AI phone robot, impossible to get any help. Extremely rude, untrained, and unprofessional human staff. My appointment was rescheduled with no apology to a different day and different time with no care as to whether I accepted that or it was correct, no choice to come into the store instead of being stuck with their poor mobile service. The price for cheaper glass is apparently hours of wasted time, ruined plans, and misery. I recommend nobody use this company if they can afford otherwise.

They had to do it at the shop because of my type of SUV, but they took less time than predicted and it’s great. Having full glass coverage for my vehicle insurance means my bill was $0!
