No doubt Valvoline has become my new number one place for oil change and service. All the staff clearly communicate communicated what services were available yet at no time was high pressured to upgrade or add any services. The prompt service, and convenience of being able to stay in my car exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend a Valvoline in Latham to family and friends.
- DADj Air AlertNov 3, 20251.0They need to fire Natasha that answers the phone for Latham NY Valvoline, I asked her if I could get an inspection, she said yes just get there before 3pm I got there @2:30pm and not only me, but another guy was told “No we can’t do an inspection for you, because we don’t have an inspector here, apparently Natasha is just telling people to go up there for inspection, not knowing what she’s talking about. Get it together Natasha, you need to do better!!!!
