Showed up for my appointment, was told the tires hadn't shown up yet. Gave them another chance, the manager said he'd order them and make sure the tires were available. Lo and behold the tires weren't there even though the appointment was already made. Wasted my rides time twice. Ordered through Tirerack and going to put them on myself, cheaper too.

I came here after going to a different Mavis Discount in another city, where they made a mistake on my tires. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Brian and he was extremely attentive and respectful. Hafiz came on the scene shortly after and not only educated me on what the problem was, but took the time to call the other store to assist him in taking the proper steps to fix my issue. It took less time than I expected and I will be back for sure! Everyone here works hard and know what they’re talking about!
